15-Day Returns Policy

To ensure you have ample time to consider your purchase, Teng Huat Jewellery offers a 15 days return guarantee. Customers may return any item other than custom/engraved/special ordered items within 15 days from the original date of shipment of the merchandise for a full refund*.

1-Time Complimentary Exchange for Online Ring/Bracelet/Bangle Purchases

To ensure that you are satisfied with the size of your purchase, we offer a 1-Time Complimentary Exchange for any ring/bracelet/bangle purchased from our e-store.

Singapore: Customers will have to visit our retail store to have your size measured by our sales advisors before exchange. The returned item(s) will be thoroughly inspected by our sales advisors to ensure that the it meets the conditions* before proceeding with the exchange.

Additional cost will be incurred upon exchange if customer exchanges an item(s) that is of bigger size than what is initially purchased online. THJ team will reference to the prices on our e-store on the day itself for this issue. There will be no refund for exchange of smaller sized items.

Customer can choose either for item to be mailed back ($20 for shipping and insurance) or choose to collect at our store when the item is ready. We may reimburse you full or partial shipping cost according to our discretion.

International: Customer will have to mail back the product, insured and secured. We will contact you upon receiving the item. Our quality assurance team will carry out inspection to ensure that the item(s) is in right condition* before carrying out exchange. Customer will have the choice of choosing a size that fits their requirement after exchanged it approved.

Purchased item(s) will be mailed back to its respective owner if it does not meet the requirements/ New item(s) will be mailed back to its respective owner exchange is approved.

Customer will bear the shipping and insurance cost ($100) for mail back to country. We may reimburse you full or partial shipping cost according to our discretion.

Teng Huat Jewellery reserves all right to declined the exchange of the product should it not meet the required conditions.

Terms & Conditions

The merchandise must be in new, unused, unworn condition and not damaged or modified in any way and be accompanied by the original sales receipt, appraisal and grading reports. $350SGD will be charged for replacement of certificate. Merchandise showing obvious signs of wear or alteration by a jeweller other than Teng Huat Jewellery will immediately and irrevocably void Teng Huat Jewellery's 15 Days return policy.

Shipping Duration

All online purchases will take 1-4 weeks to ship. We will notify you when the our product is shipped.

International Returns

Teng Huat Jewellery reserves the right to charge you for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. To avoid additional charges, we recommend sending your return via our preferred Parcel Pro insured FedEx carrier.

How To Prepare A Return Or Exchange

To return a diamond or jewellery item to Teng Huat Jewellery, follow the below process:

1. For all returns, please call 65-67498779 or email to enquiry@tenghuat.com.sg

2. Package your return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the $350SGD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Teng Huat Jewellery anywhere on the outside of the box.

3. Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. For your convenience and at your discretion, insurance can be purchased through Parcel Pro at a discounted rate. Insurance can be purchased directly from Parcel Pro.

After Your Return Is Received By Teng Huat Jewellery

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team two business day, up to 48 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system.

Once entered into our system, your return must be inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.

Credits To Your Charge Card

Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Teng Huat Jewellery has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. All fees and additional charges by the merchant (VISA, Mastercard, Paypal etc) for credits returned are to be absorbed by the customer returning the item.
